A delicious dinner roll! Many have told us their guests didn't know the rolls were gluten free until they enlightened them.
Ingredients: Flour mixture (rice flour, cornstarch, tapioca starch, millet, potato starch, plant fiber, sugar, salt, emulsifier (polyglcerol ester of fatty acids from vegetable fat, mono and diglycerides from plant origin), ascorbic acid), Eggs, Palm Shortening, Sugar, Yeast, Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, Baking Powder (Cornstarch, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate)

Lightly grease pan. Place rolls in pan. Cover with plastic wrap and leave to rise on the counter for approximately 4 hours. The rolls should be about 1/3 larger when risen. Optional: brush tops with egg white. Bake at 350º for 24 minutes or until golden brown.
